Our program is structured to support students at every stage of their journey, from complete beginners with no Jiu-Jitsu experience to advanced practitioners. We believe it is essential that not only your instructor, but you as the student, have a clear understanding of where you are in your development, what milestones you are working toward, and what comes next.

We firmly believe that by completing the requirements at each phase of our curriculum, students gain the technical knowledge, practical experience, and confidence necessary to advance to the next milestone. Progress is not left to guesswork. Your attendance and development are tracked so that both you and your instructor have a clear view of your growth and readiness for advancement.
Our class structure reflects this philosophy. Adult classes are divided into Fundamentals, Intermediate, and Advanced levels to ensure students are learning techniques appropriate to their experience and understanding. Our kids’ program is divided into two age brackets, not only to account for size and strength differences, but also to ensure techniques are introduced in a way that matches each child’s cognitive and emotional development.
